English Opening : Bishop captures Knight on c3

It's okay for black, they destroy the white's normal pawn structure and the bishop's pair is not a panacea. 
Imho it's a wrong concept that the bishop's pair is always better.

OMG falling over in shock, actually agree with Vigor, 3...BxN looks ok, and even the main concept of Bb4.
My Knight at c3 is getting captured by black bishop often when i start with the English opening. Shortest variation is 1. c4 e5 2. Nc3 Bb4 3. g3 Bxc3.
What advantage black is getting here.? I also noticed some engines play this move. I don't see any advantage to black just to give away his black bishop that easily.
