fast queenside castle

SO I added a few moves in, and they may not be the best ones.
But I was wondering, one why the engine hates castling queenside as white. And two, I figured castling queenside gives my rooks some central play, while activating my minor pieces.
So Many Times, I find myself stifled by my pawn on E4 that I've resulted to playing the Queens Gambit instead and using the c3 Knight as a blockade for their advanced pawn.
Any articles to improve my kingside attack,, with my taut queenside defense?  Thank you!

Castling Q-side is usually not so good with a pawn on c4. I haven't checked it with an engine but if I was playing Black OTB in this position I'd seriously think about a pawn sac on b5 just to open a file to attack White's castled King. It's going to take considerable time for White to get an attack going against Black's King.
