The first is NOT the French Defense

French Defense is 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5.

Firstly, there is no opening called Ruy Opaz. Secondly, the first one is not French defense. Thirdly, one is for white and other is for black. Fourthly, at this level, opening doesn't really matter nor the debate over it. Every opening is good enough if you know what you are doing. Even if you play a very very bad opening objectively where you sac a lot of pieces, you can win by playing theory. Fifthly, you should go and practice tactics to improve in chess rather than making forum on opening

"Which one is best for black?" ++ Ruy Lopez

"Which one is best for white?" ++ French Defence

Your "Thirdly" is completely wrong!  Openings are not for either color.  After 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5, it is a French Defense REGARDLESS of which side you are playing.  White or Black.  Same thing goes for the Ruy Lopez.  Both sides contribute to the opening.

After 1.e4 e6 2.d3 d5 3.Nd2 Nf6 4.Ngf3 c5 5.g3 Nc6 6.Bg2 Be7 7.O-O O-O, you are not in a French.  You are in a King's Indian Attack, covered in A08 by transposition.

After 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3, Black I'd not obligated to Plat 2...Nc6, so again, both sides contribute to the opening.  No opening is a "Black Opening" or a "White Opening".  Every game has ONE opening, and both sides contribute to what it is.
