You can lock up the entire board and “draw” the game in 10 moves
please demonstrate this “wonderful drawing technique”
For white or for black? If you could do this forcefully the game of chess would be broken

Neither side can FORCE a quick draw, but they do exist.
For example, in the Alekhine Chatard Attack, there is a line, but it requires cooperation by both.
Of course, this can easily be avoided.
Not to mention all the alternative options before 6-White, you have:
6...Bxg5 instead of 6...c5
8...Nc6 (the main line) instead of 8...Qb6
9.Nf3 is by no means forced
What is forced is 10...a6. If 10...Nc6, then 11.a3 is trouble for Black. After 10...a6, all White has is the perpetual. But it cam easily be avoided on Black's 8th or White's 9th move, so it requires cooperation by both to happen.
