French-Sicilian

What's this French-e6 Sicilian hybrid opening called?

An interesting point is that ANY move-order used to get to it is logical!

Sounds like the sicilian defense: Kan variation...But White generally plays 2.Nf3...but if he goes 3.Nf3, it transposes into the same thing.

looks a little unsound, because white gets a grip on d6 that can't be loosened, i.e., 3. dxc5 Bxc5 4 e5 and then 5. f4.

This variation youve given is called the Franco Benoni - this opening can tranpose into the Benoni (should white play d5), or the Kan variation of Sicilian (should white play Nf3).
