I know one that's kinda weird and not always possible but it has a 56% win rate for black (That's a lot). It's called the Norwegian Gambit.

It starts with the Modern Defense, which is a good opening for a benoni player to know anyway. The point of this gambit is to sacrifice the g pawn to open up the rook, Alpha Zero style. The most common move in this position is actually a huge blunder.
Now, you're also threatening the fork on c2 and if they defend with Na3, you attack the knight with e5 (discovered attack). Black is already winning and it's only move 12.

I hope this is helpful.

but is it sound if white doesent just mess up? because if g3 isint played white will likely just be better

Long story short, no! There is not!

Garbage like the Latvian Gambit or Elephant Gambit are flat out unsound.

Otherwise, you basically have normal, everyday defenses. Some of them more aggressive (Sicilian/French) while others safer and focused on equalizing first (1...e5/Caro-Kann).

No matter what you play, White can play a dull line:

Sicilian - Alapin

French - Exchange

Caro-Kann - Exchange

1...e5 - Slow Italian

It's +0.8 for white and the only good move is Qe4. If they do that, play normal developing moves like Nc6, Nd7 or even e6 and it's basically a draw. g3 is almost three times as common as Qe4, so it's very likely to be a winning position for black.

The only chance you have for a good “gambit” against e4 is this line.

And this isn’t even a gambit. It’s just an equal trade. These moves are complicated, yes, but even if you watch GothamChess, you’ll understand that this makes use of “his” “danger levels”.

Plus, the Najdorf has like, at least 5 other lines. These are all sort of mainlines.

This isn’t a gambit- this is a legitimate opening played all the time at the grandmaster level.

If you want a REAL gambit, one of your only acceptable choices is the Jaenisch Gambit against the Ruy Lopez.

But why? You could play a6 or the Berlin. You have better options here.

I think of the Latvian as very risky, rather than utter garbage; real gambits, after all, are risky. Whites favorite 1.e4 line goes out the window, and although black has far less room than white for error, the gambit is far better than it first appears. Or you could let White play his favorite Ruy line and let him walk into the chess minefield of the Marshall gambit. Play the Latvian, your opponents will either laugh at you, think you are infected with rabies, or have become Chess-Gollum and are trolling them---some will be correct, the rest will be humiliated.

the latvian is probally near winning for white as he gets a super easy game
