Gambits to play with black?

against d4:
This isn’t really a gambit but by replying to d4 with c5 many opponents will simply capture the pawn allowing you to get a lead in development along with your pawn back. This will take some investing but it is a great move order weapon.
Budapest gambit (very tricky worth investigating)
I cannot say I would recommend any other gambits against d4.
against e4:
Portuguese gambit (along with the Icelandic gambit)
The Latvian gambit is tricky but it’s quite bad objectively.
Elephant gambit
Schliemann Gambit (1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 f5)
against c4 and Nf3 there isn’t any good gambits that offer you tricks and are usually just pawn blunders like the Ross gambit or the Jaenisch (1. c4 b5?!)
I hope this helped, feel free to message me with any questions.

Budapest Gambit is a semi-respectable opening.
Benko Gambit is a fully respectable opening.
The Schliemann is a respectable opening and not really a true gambit as accepting the pawn isn't good for white.

Against the Queen’s Gambit, I like the Winawer Countergambit and against 1.b3 the Stockfish Gambit. Of course my favorite is the Botvinnik Variation in the Semi-Slav where it is very messy yet very fun
Benko
He is 1100
for 1100 probably focusing on the open games is the best.
The Benko is very thematic though, I even had played it in a tournament with very little preparation, a couple of simple pawn structures to know and where the pieces belong in each one, endgames are very nice for Black despite being a pawn down.

If we're talking main line gambits then there is also the French Winawer Poisoned Pawn.
Forgot about that one but I love playing that as Black. I did play the Fred a few months ago but stopped as soon as I was about to lose my 50% win rate with it. Terrible opening but not that straightforward to refute compared to other bad openings

I don't play it as black but I think it's a fun opening for both colours.
Oh, the Fred is 1. e4 f5?
There is also a Najdorf gambit.

Some people call that the Fred but I call that the Duras Gambit. The real Fred is 1.e4 f5? 2.exf5 Kf7??. White is +5 but it's not that clear how to refute it. The engine gives some outright refutation but it's very hard to find the meaning behind the moves but as long as you grab the center and try to harass the Black king, you should be better
