move step by step, 1st move to open ur game by e4 or d4, e4 much sharper opening, Bobby Fisher loved to start with e4, he was a superb calculator...n says 'I play e4 n win...d4 opening is somewhat tame opening, whichever suits u i think it is better to start with one of two....regards
