You might ask Fiveofswords how often he played the hedgehog as white to see if he knows what he is talking about or just throwing a random opinion at you.
Hedgehog as white

Well i like to try new stuff so i played some games with hedgehog as a white and like you say sometime psychologicly my oponent like he don't understand what i'm doing and after that i win the game, but yes i understand that sometime it can be a "-" as a white because you are not developing the center etc, as i say i'm a casual player and i don't know a lot of opnings (probalby few of them) so i try to test them all (white/black) i'm not saying that i play it all the time, sometime i like to play stonewall as white and stuff like that

Hedgehog is a resilient creature, and telling its not very good just shows ignorance about what it really is.
Not really an opening system, it's more a structure, but u have some openings going into it.
The problem is that your opponent is not forced to go for it.
I advice u to purchase the fantastic reviews of this structure by Sergei Shipov : The Complete Hedgehog, 2 volumes.
2 massive books but wonderful ones and it will help u to in this structure and probably to improve.
The fact that 1.b3 is gaining in popularity at all level and top level is going in this way because on 1.b3, u can have tranpositions into reverse sicilians with Hedgehog...
Thats a good way to play positions, chess, and not rushing in the battle with the opening, and most of your opponents won't know how to handle this.
