How do I play against this opening?

Okay, so I play the sicilian, 1.e4 c5, then my opponent moves 2.e5!  Next is Nc6, but my opponent plays Nf3.  What do I do now?

It seems so many of you know studying techniques, maybe I'd be an above average player if I studied.  It may be helpful.

I love the Sicillian, sorry I can't give you technical advice.

This is the Wing Gambit:

2.e5? is just a loss of tempo, it's a bad move. Black should develop his pieces (there are probably several setups that work) and have an equal game.

Really, it's just chess from here on, the game always has some point where you leave theory.

B20 is the chapter in the Encyclopedia of Chess Openings (ECO) for everything in the Sicilian that didn't fit in other chapters.

Apparently the Romanian defense to the Wing Gambit (whatever the Romanian defense is) is the most common of those, so they named the chapter after it.

So that doesn't really say anything about 2.e5...
