How do you play against the Yugoslav attack

Everytime I play the sicilian defense najdorf variation, so many people about 75% percent of the people use the yugoslav attack. I win half of the time but the other half I lose. It would be nice if I could win about 70% of the games. Over the hundreds of games that I played, I learnt that the queen and bishop destroys my kings side. My attack on the yugoslav attack starts with early pawns thrusted on the opponents queen side so that he will have a hard time advancing. Most opponents start trading off bishops and then they start to attack the H file with rooks or queens. Most of the time I can only defend with a knight. It would be great if you guys can give opinions/thoughts and theories. Thanks

The Yugoslav attack is a line in the sicilian dragon that I play for both sides. This variation does not exist in the Najdorf please post the moves you are talking about.
