How to counter attack Wayard queen attack?

 So i cant play a single game without seeing the wayard queen attack opening. can you please help me how to counter attack it?

You counter it by getting your pieces out while White loses time by moving their Queen.
Generally, when the white Queen comes out to the h file on move 2, develop your Queen Side Knight to defend your e-pawn. If they continue trying to scholar's mate you (3. Bc4...), attack their Queen with your g pawn, and develop your Kingside knight. Keep an eye out on you queen side knight, as there are times (pending upon White's Queen placement), where moving it to d4 might be a good idea.
If they don't go for Scholar's mate, and bring their Bishop to b5 instead of c4 (like the Spanish rather than the Italian placement), then just develop your Kingside Knight.
You will most likely end up ahead in development as those playing the Wayward Queen at <1000 are not GMs, and in general they will end up putting their Queen in places they see they can attack from, but not see how you can attack them (and improve your position at the same time - they are just wasting time, effectively giving you "free moves" through loss of tempo).

Once you have that lead in development, then you look for opportunities to press that advantage and eventually your opponent will crack under the pressure.
