How to play Queens gambit aggressively

I suggest you castle on the queenside so you can push your kingside pawns. Also avoid early exchanges like cxd5 and BxNf6. The more pieces on the board the more intense the battle.

In queens gambit you can get more positional games basicly queens pawn openings are mostly positional that is why it is not sharp as e4 openings you can play catalan opening that sacrifies pawn on c4 if you want some aggressiveness but otherwise i dont think you can get more aggressive than that

usually the " level of aggressiveness" in d4 games is determined by the defense that black chooses.
if you want aggressive games as white play 1.e4

How do I choose between 1. e4 and 1. d4?
Conventional wisdom says that if Black’s position were a castle, 1. d4 players prefer to capture it by digging under the foundations, whereas 1. e4 players like to crash through the front gate on a flaming motorcycle.

indeed. I would recommend that you go over QG games of Players who you consider as "Aggressive" and see for yourself if their style is something you could emulate. Thing is, as you keep playing (gaining experience) and look back over your games (which I also highly recommend you do too) you'll find that your self-assessment at this point will probably be slightly different...say, a year from now. Food for thought, my friend. Just keep playing, cuz playin's always the thing with me.

++ Then as white open 1 c4 and 2 g3 to play it in reverse with an extra tempo.

Generally Kasparov played alot of d4, there's a book you can find online called "Kasparov's Chess Openings: A World Champion's Repertoire" by Otto Borik, so I assume you are asking for something against the QGD. There you can play the exchange variation reaching a Carlsbad structure and using one of the typical plans:
-Minority attack, in which you try to make a weakness for the endgame
-Botvinnik's favourite plan, in which you strike in the centre and attack on the kingside
-Pillsbury attack, in which you plant a knight in the centre, support it and attack on the kingside
-Kingside attack, which is to castle Queenside and pawnstorm on the kingside
