of course it is harder for black. White always has an advantage with correct play, his advantage here is simply the safer king.
Is Najdorf Really Good for black

There's two ways of approaching your question: Either everyone else is overlooking something you've discovered or else there's probably several valid reasons why world-class GMs such as Anand, Leko, Shirov, Gelfand, Topalov, Polugayevsky, Kasparov and Fischer among many others have made it a regular part of their opening repetoire, regardless of any doubts on your part.
In my view White get more safer place than black by castling Queen side and it is harder for Black to attack White's King .
There's also the minor matter of what your view is based on: have you played through a few thousand or more games to reach this conclusion? Or gone thru a DB with several million games and used software to search for games where both players castled on opposite wings with statistics favoring White by a substantial margin?

but many GM's , IM's plays it and wins (as black also) without any fear .!
PROVES THAT I AM NOT TAKING BLACK's SIDE AT ALL

It is one of black's best and most popular counters to the e4. With correct sharp play, black can gain a good advantage over white.

@SharmaPawan OK so what's the point here? Your OP led me to believe you were taking "White's side" Anyways maybe one or more of these links will be of interest to you

Not that I'm generalising or anything, but I find that many players at club level are happy enough playing black if white castles queenside, because everyone likes attacking the opponent's king, but they often don't seem to know what to do if white castles kingside and just plays quietly to control d5 and clamp down on the queenside with a4-a5. A lot of the time, they end up self-destructing, like someone who pulled the pin out of a grenade but had nowhere to throw it.

the distinctive feature of the Najdorf is the ferocious b5 and b4.
without counterplay, like in all opposite-castle situations, you're going to get steamrolled. Of course white's king is safe in the Najdorf...if black doesn't attack.
Najdorf is the most popular variation of Sicilian these days , but is it really good for black who castles King Side ? In my view White get more safer place than black by castling Queen side and it is harder for Black to attack White's King .
