Is the Bongcloud a Good Opening?

Always thought that only Magnus and Hikaru could win very good players with this opening or players that are playing low rated people, but turns out Bongcloud might actually be a good opening

It is a joke opening.  Using it is like playing a game giving odds.  If the player employing that opening is much better, s/he will win.

Ahem there @rubus2k, is not the Bongcloud moving your king in the 2nd or 3rd move, the Barnes openings fulfills the requirement to be a Bongcloud.
