No.
If you don't know why, there's no hope for you.

One's legal and bad, the other is illegal and good. And considering that the top ten reasons contain nine entries, I think I know which Bongcloud is being referred to here.
now I know this is something of a joke... but 14. dxc2?
why not 14. Qxg2 Ne2 15. dxe2...
now black has huge material advantage- just like he should, right?
Yeah, the Bongcloud is a dangerous sideline used in the 1980s. It develops the king early and pepare for fast counterplay. Definitely playable imo. The bongcloud countergambit 2. Ke7!? is one of the major attempt to refute the bongcloud, but fortunately the Marijanezy Bind allows white to hold on to an advantage.
Whole line goes: 1. e4 e5 2. Ke2 Ke7 3. g4 g5 4. Kf3!!

If you have to ask, i can only hope i face you in a tournament.
The king is the least used piece in attacks. Sure there's that Nigel Short game, where he used his king to checkmate, but the king deserves an opening... doesn't it?
I mean, if you were a king would you want to be waiting in a corner until endgame or would you want to attack?
If the king does not lead, how can he expect his subordinates to follow. - Lelouch vi Britannia
You might think the Bongcloud is the perfect opening for the King of the Hill variant. I often castle against Bongcloud players in that variant and when their king cries "attack the center with me", I do. I'm mildly surprised at how many checkmates I've delivered in a single-digit number of moves.
