It depends, to make this as short and sweet as possible, it is considered one of the most If not the most aggressive openings in chess for both sides. If you like complications and like to wade through the deep waters of this opening then go ahead and try it, though hardly anyone plays the dragon. Not that the dragon is bad, just that there is way to much theory.

Yes. Its a very good attack. I play it as white and i win majority of the time.

Bobby Fischer can refute a lot of openings. Just because Bobby FIscher can beat it doesn't mean your online chess opponent can.
