Cz i dont expect my opponents to play like that.. 🤕 and i dont understand few pawn moves that GM make..
The Italian is a classical opening. You are not going to run into any odd GM moves until ~move 10 or so. There is no reason to study lower level games in the Italian.

You can start with old masters to get started. I would suggest starting with Emanuel Lasker.
