italian opening recomended??

Definitely. Knowing its ideas will of course help you to win with it. Here is an interesting link that I found: https://exeterchessclub.org.uk/content/italian-game-beginners

This is one of the first studied opening for some reasons and became fashionable at top level since Berlin Ruy Lopez has frustrated so many white players.
Very rich, u can play very positionnal, very tactical, depends on your tastes. The kind of opening u can play from beginner till mastery, and for life!

My take. I play the two knights against the Italian, and unless they go with the knight advance, it usually devolves into a Grouchy Piano (which is the most symmetrical opening I can think of).

This is an awesome opening in every way.
It's practically as good as the Ruy Lopez, and allows you to play the game any way you want.
Just don't play this:

why not defer the move Nf6 and play instead d6 with the idea of playing f5?
U are right : why playing good moves when u can play bad ones?

I would recommend the Nakhmanson Gambit as there are a lot of winning opportunities and is a draw if black finds the very hard to find best line (this is an opening for white that comes out of the Italian Game after Nf6). This opening actually beat Magnus Carlsen, and Vampire Chicken (a human streamer) used it to beat Stockfish 12 (latest version of Stockfish). The reason why you may not have heard of it is because it's a new opening that came out in 2020. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like playing gambits, because you do need to sac, even though you get it back later. If you want a full course on the Nakhmanson Gambit, I'd recommend watching my 15 minute video that explains every single lines. If you prefer to watch someone else, then I can also give you some videos from other people, though I don't know anyone except for me who did a full walkthrough in one video. Here's the video if you want to watch it:
