I think that's the Cunningham Defense. You can try Ke2, it's safer than it looks. The King's Gambit is not played for castling into safety!
King's Gambit bishop defense

Hi. I am a 1400 level player and I am unsure how to respond to a line in the King's Gambit opening. The game is over, but it started:
I played white --
kings gambit e 4, e 5, f 4, then the pawn accepts the gambit and takes f4, I bring my knight to F3 and then he brings his dark bishop to E7
The dark bishop ends up landing on H4. At this point I have no idea how to respond the next time this happens. I know this is a risky opening but there should be some measure I can take before the bishop reaches H4 or after.
Thanks
Mark
