Actually, e3 and b3 are not such bad moves, trying to achieve a Reverse Nimzo-Indian kind of position, or more if Black plays mechanically:

Not bothered what they play

Haha, King David's Opening. Here's another one of those that just has to be a critical line:

Look's to be the chess equivalent of parkour...

The Bongcloud Attack (BA) is scary...no good responses for black.

As Black? You could go for the immediate fianchetto and castle within four moves...

As black, I hate the anti-Sicilians the most. Been forever since Ive been in an open Sicilian otb...gah

As white, I hate the Budapest gambit...

I don't like facing the french. There is no good option to force the game into an open game.

LOL sees to me that you have never played and exchange French then. Apart from the exchange variation there are quite a few gambits that give life to white's play.

Uhm, in any other opening you can get an open game without risking a pawn and the exchange variation is really not that great if you're fighting for an advantage. I mean compare it to the caro-kann which is extremely solid but you can still force an open game with the panov attack and the only consession is the IQP and not a whole pawn sac. This is why so many e4 players hate the french while they do not have any problems facing all the other defenses.

why not play the e4 e6 d4 d5 nc3 variation it leads to open play on queenside and excellent attacking chances on the king side the winawer and reuben and the nf6 variations can all be forced open in fact winawer is said to be a tuf nut to crack but i have no probs with it i will usually gambit the a pawn and attack

Yeah, I really dislike the French Winawer Variation for some reason... which is why I don't play the Classical Variation of the French...
