I like it as white especially if you combine it with a Queens-Gambit or even a Queens-Gambit style Tarrasch. E.g. 1.d4 d5 2.Bf4 Nf6 3.Nf3 c5 4.c4 e6 5.e3 Nc6 6.Nc3 .
I hate it as black and play 1.d4 e6 and delay the d7-d5 pawn push forever to avoid London transpositions
