Napoleon attack is insane!

This attack is legit insane. The tactics with the knights are very nasty, black has to be very careful
What do you think about this attack?

I agree. The Napoleon attack is one of the best openings for white if you manage to get it on the board.
Is basically an improved scotch because the knights can do aggressive maneuvering without having to protect a weak e4 pawn (like in the four knights scotch).
The napoleon attack:
-IS objectively great
-Has a high win rate for white at all levels (Including masters)
-Has many traps.
-Not hard to learn.
-Leads to aggressive attacks.
-Named after napoleon
-Your pieces get a lot of activity, specially the knights
Lines from the napoleon attack

Bb4 is not that great compared to in the four knights scotch

Bc5 can also be addressed in an aggressive fashion.

Most opponents trade everything on d4 which just gives white an easy attacking game.

White always gets a strong attack

The napoleon attack makes black feel that white's pieces are genuinely commanded by napoleon bonaparte

And by the way, if you decide to play Be3 against bc5, you can punish Qf6 because Qf6 is a blunder!

Ilampozhil25

scotch but instead of e4 its Nc3

convinced this is epic

thought it would be abt e4 e5 Qf3 ngl

but still...

getting this is a bit tough

though this + closed scandi (d5 e4) could be a legit independent Nc3 repertoire

cool

Too bad it's not likely to be on the board as d5 is objectively the best move after Nc3, after which I suppose white can transpose into a jobava london.
