Overall, material loss is:
A rook for a bishop and two pawns if he doesn't accept+ an attack.
5.Nf3 is a very boring move and leads to nothing. 5.f4 is the way to play here, this is where the fun starts. I won ton's of games out of the opening because black does not know how to handel 5.f4 properly and can't figer it out in a blitz game.

For me it's just the opposite. Highest rated player I ever beat over the board (2447) tried to play this b3 garbage, and lost horribly:
Game started 1.b3 e5 2.Bb2 Nc6 3.e3 d5 4.Bb5 Bd6 5.f4 Qh4+ 6.g3 Qe7 7.Nf3 f6 8.fxe5 fxe5 9.Bxc6+ bxc6 10.Nxe5 Nf6 and now he plays 11.Nd3?! to which I played 11...Qe4 and destroyed him. Cleaned up the Kingside, and he couldn't stop me from promoting my h-pawn on move 27. It gets to White having Bishop, Knight, and 5 pawns, Black having Queen, Bishop, and 2 pawns, Bishops being of Opposite color, and White finally gave in at move 60 when it became KN for White and KQB for Black, all pawns gone.
After the "correct" 11.Nxc6, White has nothing, but at least he's not losing. It's dead equal and no better than that!
If White wants to win, he should try the slightly offbeat 5.c4 instead of 5.f4, which has been figured out and is easy peasy for Black to equalize. 5.Nf3 is just dreadful.
This is a very good Nimzo-Larsen trap I just found during play. The actual game I found it in is here: http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=739743597
