IM Ahmad Alkhatib calls this the "Stockfish Gambit" because Stockfish suggests it. He recommends that white play 7.Bg3.
I call it the Nimzofish gambit.
I've created a gambit against the Nimzo-Larsen and I'm very surprised that no one has "discovered" it.
A lot of positions allow for brilliant sacrifices and the fact that it is relatively under played makes it a very ideal choice
