Does chess.com have an opening database that we can use to research openings? If yes, where on the site is it, and do we need a premium membership to access it? If no, does anyone know a good website to use that is free to research openings? Thank you.

Go to players league, find your name, click on it and an archive folder will appear, click on that and it will take you to your games. Scroll down to the bottom and you get an explore feature. (You can also explore your own games) My preference is to make a position, get the FEN and put it in the advanced search for master games, so I can see how a position should be played. You get the master games search in the same area. Anyway the few features you find in that section are good but needlessly difficult to navigate to on the app. You can also create games folders of master games for yourself.

Thank you very much.

Your welcome, also it is one of the best features on the site, so it makes no sense that it is so obacure.
