Here are some more opening traps.

This first arises out of the classical Queen's Gambit Declined (1.d4 d5 2.c4 e6) and works if white gets a little too comfortable with a relative pin.

Trap in the Queen's Gambit Declined(1.d4 d5 2.c4 e6)

This next trap evolves out of the Ruy Lopez and is the famous "Mortimer Trap". However, it is very dangerous to use, as if your opponent does not fall for it, you will lose a piece.

Trap in the Ruy Lopez(1.e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5)

The third comes out of the Sicilian Defence(1.e4 c5) and was originally used by Bruce Pandolfini.

The sicilian wasn't really a trap, it was just white running headfirst into a fork on his own.

Trap #1 is the Elephant Trap.

Trap #2 is the Mortimer Trap.

Trap #3 is a Queen fork that occurs frequently in the Sicilian, for example:
