Petrov's Defense/Russian Game

I was wondering if the Petrov's Defense/Russian Game would ever give black an advantage. I know there are many white responses but on average, does anybody know if Black can get a good game out of this opening?

The Petrov has the reputation of being very drawish. If you look at the stats, you can see that almost half of the games end in a draw:
