Playable QGA?

I know the Queens Gambit Accepted has long been refuted. While messing around with some openings I stumbled upon this position. I was just wondering what people's opinions are. Can anyone find a refutition? Are white's moves at least feasible?

It has not been refuted! Players like Kasparov, Anand and Ivanchuk, just to mention few, have been playing it every now and then. In your line 4. e4?? allows 4... Nxd4 (or 4... Qxd4) when white obviously doesn't get any compensation for the lost pawn. If white wants to play e4 he can do that in third move: 3. e4!?

The QGA is far from refuted. As long as Black doesn't try to greedily hold on to the pawn a solid game is ahead of him.

QGA isn't as popular as some of the other 1.d4 d5 mainlines, but it's a respected choice and by no means is it refuted.

e4 is played in some lines of the QGC, it goes in fashion, for awhile 3. e4 was the mainline, then 3. Nf3 took over as the mainline. In fact, on 3. Nc3, it is one of the few variations where white can actually turn it into a "real" gambit. I'm not sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if e3 is played in some variations of the QGC, but I dunno, I don't play it.
