the posts are five years old, but simon williams now plays it 1...d6, 2...Nd7, 3..Nf6 to avoid queenless middlegames (not his style i assume)

IMO the only precise move order for Black is 1...d6, 2...Nf6 and 3...e5. All other move orders have soft spots.
