Lol. The troll is at it again. Now @gucci233 is recommended the Najdorf Sicilian, which s/he declared refuted just yesterday. Also of note is that they are claiming white is doing badly in the Berlin, in which white is typically on the better side of a position where Black can inevitably hold on for a draw. Also, the English does not lead to a larger immediate advantage for white than any other reasonable starting move. Also, the OP’s most glaring error, in which s/he states that the Ruy Lopez allows the Sicilian. I’m afraid they have forgotten that the Ruy only appears on move 3, and that 1.e4 (Which is not the Ruy, but can lead to it) can be met by the Sicilian, which is not refuted by the way. Also, the Grunfeld is by no means superior (but yet not inferior)to the KID, as closed positions are generally by no means inferior to open ones.
Repertoire guide for you

If you pick your nose and eat it, play the Scotch Gambit as White and Dragon as Black.
If you have dementia and problems making it to a bathroom, play the English and Caro-Kann
If you are a smart, non-trolling, almost 45 year old chess player with skills, play the Ponziani or Italian as White and the French as Black!

If you like playing super solidly - The English opening. 1.c4 1.e5 2.g3 2.Nf6 and get an advantage with your dominance on the diagonal. The Berlin Defense - In the main line White collapses and gives up the bishop pair, the initiative, and loses the center. The Nimzo Indian Defense - You have a simple plan of developing pieces, avoiding the minority attack in the Queens Gambit Declined and are preparing to extinguish White's initiative by exchanging your passive bishop for the knight on c3. Or the Ragozin Defense if White tries to avoid the exchange.
If you like going all in for the win - The Ruy Lopez - This will give your opponent the opportunity to play the Sicilian Defense, which gives you an advantage out of the opening. The Sicilian Najdorf - The most 'sound' Sicilian variation. Often ends up in positions where you don't castle. The Grunfeld Defense - More sound than the Kings Indian Defense, because it allows d5 which fights for more space than d6. It opens up the game, unlike the Kings Indian Defense, which leads to a blocked up game.
If only chess was this simple. Sigh..
