Petrov's defense is a goody.
Maybe the little known Beirut gambit would be interesting, although I doubt the small positional edge compensates for a pawn at the computer level. To quote the wikipedia entry...

The anglo-Scandinavian defense.[10] After 2. cxd5, black can follow up with either 2...Qxd5, 2...Nf6, or the risky 2...c6, The Beirut Gambit. 2...c6 is considered a dubious move, giving black questionable compensation for the pawn, but surprisingly has an incredibly high win rate. [11]
The idea for the defense is it's very hard to develop the e and d pawn to the 4th rank.
