Reverse Najdorf

What mover order do you use to reach it? the only problem is that with black may, instead of ..d5, play ..f5 or ..g6 when moves such as a3 are not the best. Perhaps it is playable through a d3 alternative, but in that case you lose some options against a grand prix setup which are generally quite appealing.
In any case I don't believe white would get an advantage. My (admittedly limited) knowledge of the najdorf is that it is generally geared towards counterattacking. However, the usual 'counterattack' plans can surely not come before the attack, and usually I think whites extra tempo will have to be used on a not so useful 'waiting' move to see what black will commit.
I'd say definately playable, but =. Which isn't necessary a bad thing if you play it as black and know the plans well enough to generate chances without any theoretical edge.

The evaluation of these positions usually depends on whether White can play d4 with some kind of pressure. Since the Najdorf is a defensive structure I'm not really sure how that will work. White can probably cause complications with b4 but I'm not sure what's going on.
In the reversed dragon the bishop on g2 can cause trouble on the queenside but I don't know White's ideas here.
