Been playing a lot of Scandinavian games recently, and against white pushing pawn e4 -> e5 bf5 or pawn c5 is usually recommended, transposing the game to a French defense with a line like e4 d5 e5 bf5 d4 c5 nf3 etc.
What I'm wondering is how I could try responding instead with pawn f6...
if white takes you can take back with nf6 and be up on development, they cannot push the pawn without being taken by the bishop, according to engine best response from here for white is d4. There are no master+ games in the database for this position, so I'm wondering if there are any resources on this position and/or what I should look for from here
