In the Alekhine Nf6 lands at the poor square b6, where it cannot defend the king.
Alekhine may even lose by force, see Figure 4. (c)

The Scandinavian can be played against e4 or c4. One less layer of theory to to know.
Personally, I enjoy playing on the white side against the Scandinavian.

There is no such thing as the Scandinavian against 1.c4.
Both openings are sub-optimal and weak. 1...e5, Sicilian, French, and Caro-Kann are all stronger.

Kind of think the same, white can't build a huge center against main line scandi.

I think only poorly created databases call 1.c4 d5 the 'Anglo-Scandinavian defense'.
Most humans would just call it 'complete and utter garbage'.

From a theoretical perspective the Scandi with 3...Qa5 is probably objectively slightly stronger than the Alekhine.
That doesn't matter at all in the games of humans, obviously, we should go with whichever opening leads to positions we prefer. For me that's the Scandi with 2...Nf6 and 3...Bg4
Alekhine defense lead to trouble if I play it, so... Scandinavian defense is better

Find an opening that suits how you play. If you do well by inciting your opponents to overextend themselves then 1 e4 Nf6 may work well for you. If you like more open lines and an early queen development the 1 e4 d5 may work well for you.

I don't think these are "refutable openings" . On a database I see players at +2400 having lost with white either on Scandinavian or Alekhine defense, for the Scandinavian I also watched AI.Hiarcs vs AI.Hiarcs games in time 5 minutes and black can win [I just watched a game AI.Hiarcs vs AI.Hiarcs playing after 1)e4-Nf6 2)e5-Nd5 3)d4-d6 and it ended in a draw].
[From my point of view] In the end it is something subjective to say that the Scandinavian or the Alhekine is better because not "refutable opening" and opening can win with black gosus and pro-gamers.
a : 1)...e5, 1)...c5 should be the first series of the best moves
b : 1)...e6, 1)...c6 should be the second series of the best moves
c : 1)...g6, 1)...d6, 1)...Nf6, 1)...d5, 1)...Nc6 should be the third series of the best moves
d : 1)...b6, 1)...a6, 1)...g5 should be the last series of the best moves

I don't really feel the Alekhine defense and in my Chessmaster tournement in time 5m+30s per moves there is ai.Frederic (2800) who won against ai.Sheakspeare (2700) :
