the idea is that black sacrifices the queen to get a better position
that white is not going to move the queen back to d1 and white will waste time moving the queen around.

Yeah, well, Bd6 is an illegal move. Obviously the best move here is 4. ... Nf6 developing the knight with tempo.
Against passive play from white, black would continue with Bg4 and the standard maneuver Nc6-Nd4-Nxc2 checkmate.

If anybody wants to come over to my house and play the Black side of 1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5 3.Nc3 Qh5 against me for $1000 a game, I would be more than happy to oblige and would be loving every bit of it as I see you handing me 10 C-notes every 10 minutes!
