Scandinavian, what to do after e4-d5-d3

Hi, 

I´ve only started playing the Scandinavian defense really recently, and I´m a bit lost when White moves to d3. What´s the best reaction to that move? Does it have an specific name?

I'd play 2...e6 or 2...c6.

2...e5 3.exd Nf6 is an idea, but more like something I'd do in blitz.

2...dxe is an option, but just in general feels incorrect for trading the center pawn for the d3 pawn. If White wants his pawn on d3, I'd let him keep it there forever.

with 2. ... e6 u can switch m8 into a French with the detail it is suboptimal for white by being not so active

As black you should be happy as after 1.e4 d5 2.d3 you already have an advantage on move two!  Just go 2...dxe4 and have white fight for equality.  Super easy.
