Given that you are trying to be aware of the popular amateur openings,I would say that you're missing the Scandinavian (1.e4 d5) for White.

I play for my school and I am entering my first school match(I went 3-2 at states in RBO). But I was wondering what openings i should expect/use in scholastic tournament. If I play white I will be anticipating King Center Game,French, and Sicilian(maybe some Caro), as I always do an E4 opening. As black I will be expecting Ruy Lopez,King's Gambit, Queen's Gambit, and maybe English. Are there any other opening I should expect/try?
