Black is in a Very difficult position
Sicilan, Najdorf Variation - Old Main Line

@GreedyPawnEater - I was of the understanding that the Sicilian was still the most common response to 1.e5. Apologies if I'm mistaken.
@Najdorfian - OK, the video had only been posted in 2011 so I didn't think it would be that out of date.
Does anyone prefer the poison pawn variation (7...Qb6)?
It has been subjected to epic analysis up to move 40 in the last 15-20 years. It was claimed to be busted at some point but now it seems to be a draw again (Balogh - Negi, Dubai 2011).

'Old Main Line' is a new one on me; I thought it was called the Gothenburg or Goteborg (with an umlaut on the first o) variation, or at least that's what it is after B's moves 8 and 9. GE gives its stats as 40% win for W, 35% win for B - so not very drawish. I think it was the line Fischer played in the game that gave him the score he needed for his 2nd GM norm. Game 2 of the Kasparov-Short match in 1993 had a similar idea.

@Najdorfian - That's what I thought and was originally saying, it seems exteremely suspect for Black to take this line and I wondered why the video was considering it. So I posted it up here to get other thoughts.
I also prefer the poisoned pawn variation. It is the one I am currently trying to study/use.

The game Gligoric v Fischer is here

Nafdorfian improves on the game, if it is an improvement, with immediate 16BxN. In the game, Gligoric thought black had the advantage in the peice v three pawns endgame, but it suited both players to draw, and go to next round of world championship. In the peice versus three pawn position in analysis, after 17...Bxh4ch particularly, black gets a strong knight on e5, and looks better chances to win.
In the poisoned pawn variation too, black sends several tempo on Qb6-b2, why would black do this?! blah blah. So if don't like facing scarry looking attacks will have problems in any main line sicilan, particularly Nadjorf ones.
Alright, I was watching a video on the Sicilian and the following moves were presented;
Is this line still used (I know it's named 'Old Main Line' but I'm just wondering).
Also, how does Black expect to recover from this position?
