how will he loose his queen
if 6. ...Kf8 or Ke8 1. Ne6 will follow, losing the queen to a fork or smothered

Chessbase Mobile has hundreds of examples of the position after 4...Nd7. In 36 cases White played 5.Bxf7+, in 10 cases Black played 5...Kxf7. At least one of the Black players was > ELO 2100.
Since Nd7 is a natural move in this opening, it can happen if Black plays mechanically.

After losing the Queen, Black continued playing until move 25. Probably totally traumatized.
The trap is too easy to spot, so no one will play Nd7 (although it's an essential move in the Modern Defense). Instead, Be6 or something like that will do the job.

Be6 is super ugly, completely unnecessary and probably almost losing after Bxe6.

Well, sure, but Nd7 sucks. There's also the Fried Liver Attack (but deadlier) coming.

Well, sure, but Nd7 sucks. There's also the Fried Liver Attack (but deadlier) coming.
e6 is fine here, if you are scared of that. If not, Nf6 or even c5 or c6.
