Everyman series books are always good if you're familar with them. They have one on the gruenfeld that came out last year. Haven't seen it though. Everymanbooks.com

just go to amazon.com and do a search for grunfeld.  Yelena Dembo's book is 3 years old, fairly recent.

I think Quality Chess, who is probably the best chess book publisher, is planing to release "Grandmaster Repertoire: The Grunfeld" sometime early next year. The GM repertoire series is meant for players 2000+ because the analysis is quite deep, but if you are up to the challenge and don't mind waiting it could be a good choice. It will probably be the best Grunfeld book yet.

I prefer this book!
