I think it would depend on your style of play, and what you want to get out of an opening. Different players want different things from an opening. Some look to get a certain type of position; and others want to get a quick attack going. Which opening is best depends on your particular style of play and personality.

Do we know why though? I mean, how do we analyze an opening? Central control? Development? Solidity? I know we are all a little bias when it comes to opening. I mean I love the Scandinavian, (1. e4 d5) but others beleive it is a simple win after 2. exd5. I fell the same of the Owen's (1. e4 b6). What are your bias's? This should be fun...
