The Italian game

Guys I love The Italian game(1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4). I think it is the best opening in the world. I also recommend this for beginners and intermediate players. This opening has many tricks and traps Including the the dangerous fried liver attack and tracker counter attack. The are basically 2 popular moves after playing the Italian game there is the giucou piano game (Bc5) the 2 knights defense (Nf6). In the Italian game you can castle very quickly. Comment down an interesting fact about this amazing opening.

If your name is Mario, you must play this opening. No discussion.

“What about me?”

”sorry, green Mario”

Very solid but it's not the best opening, 3 Bb5 (The Ruy Lopez) is slightly better and preferred among grandmasters

Yeah, I believe Paul Keres once argued that the move 3. Bc4 is just too slow. Some people even argue that it's a waste of a tempo lol. Personally, I enjoy the Ruy Lopez more.
