This game may have had a really stupid blunder by my opponent, not to mention innumerable inaccuracies and missed defenses, but I would like to share this game to show why the Scotch game is so fun to play and is a very good and overlooked opening choice for players at my rating level. This is not the only attacking game I have had in the Scotch--almost all my Scotch games feature an attack, which I emerge victorious in. Once, I crushed an 1800 with this opening, on the first time I tried it against someone higher rated.
