this oppening is good or bad ( why)

https://www.chess.com/game/live/123428166962?move=0 here is a game where I used the opening

yes but colle systeme is just this

It started as a Colle, then white started playing very poorly. There are a lot of weaknesses on the queenside, the a3 bishop is extremely bad, the b1 knight and a1 rook are still undeveloped. Black already has a big advantage, close to winning.
As a person who plays the Colle Koltanowski. Some pointers are in order...
First, take advantage that in essence you are playing a QG in reverse against 1..d5. I'm not sure the average Colle player looks at the opening moves that way. You are playing a Semi Slav as White with a bonus move. This means that after 1.d4 2. Nf3 and 3.e3.. you can also transpose into a QG either with and early c4 or... or look to play either a reverse QGA (with a move) or a reversed Cambridge Springs (with a move.) of course these lines are dependent on what black essays.
In reference to what the OP posted.. Black played a well known line in the Anti-Colle. Here are some improvements off the cuff.
