If you want to win you should just work on the openings you already play, instead of adopting some gimmicky crap like the wing gambit. Black is better in that line anyway, so if you are going to play an anti-sicilian you might as well play something decent like the c3 or Bb5 lines. As a general rule of thumb, playing weak trappy openings and hoping that your opponents aren't familiar with them is not a good idea. Even if you decide to play a decent line against the sicilian, learning a whole new system in one month is tough, and it is even tougher if you adopt a new system against the pirc, caro, french, and 1...e5 as well. You may end up learning the theory but not really having a good feel for the positions. It's best to just brush up on what you already play, but then again, if you don't have a repertoire already then ya, you might as well learn one.
Unpopular Openings

Yeah I'm working on unpopular variations because I already have a very decent repertoire including anti-Sicilians, closed and open Ruy Lopez, KID, and French not to mention a good general grasp of general opening theory. This is just a way of helping analyze new things while having fun with some of the tactical positions that can arise from not knowing the theory.

Just about anything is playable at club level so don't worry about that side of things. I find that if you are bored with the openings you play then you often aren't getting the full chess experience. Throwing in something new after a couple of years of sticking with something that's gotten old sounds like a fun idea to me, even if you end up losing due to lack of familiarity.
Regarding unusual opening that might be interesting to try, it sounds like you've already settled on many of your lines for white. Perhaps the Grunfeld, the KID's less popular and more aggressive cousin, would appeal to you against 1.d4.
I am currently preparing for my first ever tournament, but since the tournament is still a month away I thought I'd prepare a nice repertoire of unusual/unpopular openings, something that can throw some of the competition off balance. So far I have the Wing Gambit (not sure if that's what it's called) for the Sicilian and 9.h3 Nd7 which from what I've read is a rather obscure version of the Closed Ruy Lopez.
So if you have any openings which are unpopular or unusual do share they may come in handy.
