What are some of the most aggressive chess openings?

Muzio Gambit!!!
Black has to play extremely precisely
at the GM level it is just a draw

1. yes it is, that is true
2. White can deviate from the main line with 7. d3 and explore into uncharted territory where Black has to play ugly moves like c6 to hold onto any advantage.
3. anything other than the main line qf6 gives white a small advantage
You can rely on me for this, I have the Muzio analyzed down to like move 25 at least

The most aggressive game against kings Indian defence is the Saemisch game.
the idea is to stick your Queen behind the bishop allowing the bishop to attack on the diagonal with support behind it.
castle Queen side and attack with pawns to open up the H file to allow the rook to unite with the bishop attack on the diagonal attacking kings side of black.
You can also castle king side.
Fischer hated playing against this
one of his biggest fears with Spassky was the fact Spassky was very well versed in Saemisch variations.

Ooh that one looks scary for black, thanks!

You sure about that?
I thought they found a forced win, for Black that is, and that was why the few that play the KG were playing the Kesiritzsky instead.

Actually, the most aggressive is the four pawns attack. There is some question to its soundness, but you said aggressive, not sound.

Openings don't matter all that matters is your experience, you should learn the idea of the opening instead.

I started playing the Saemisch because everyone always talked about how aggressive it was but I was always the one getting attacked. If you look at some John Nunn games as black against the Saemisch you'll see some of the attacks black gets are just devastating.
I find the four pawn attack more comfortable

I seldom play the four pawn attack but maybe I should play it more.
I like keeping the Saemisch shape though as I find it counters king side attacks early in the game with the shape but it leaves Queen side open to attack.

Do the idea's of the openings come though experience or though teaching? or a little bit of both?

openings do matter. you gain those ideas, by playing certain openings many times
