What are the most aggressive openings ever?

What is your definition of aggressive? Trying to win at all costs, basically the line with the highest winning percentage, regardless of drawing percentage?

Edit: But that doesn't work; take the Two Knights, 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Nf6.

Now 4.Ng5 scores 38.7% wins, and 4.d3 only 38%. 4.d3 manages to draw a lot more often, but we're not counting draws. But 4.Ng5 can't be called aggressive since in its main line (4...d5 5.exd5 Na5) it's black who is attacking; and 4.d3 is just quiet.

4.d4 feels aggressive, but it only wins 36.9%.

So winning percentage disregarding draws isn't the thing we should look at.

Perhaps the biggest sacrifice early on? That's the double Muzio. But that's only satisfying for those of you who think only sacrifices are aggressive.
