What do I do as Sicilian dragon against a pseudo yugoslav attack but white castles kingside? In this case, White has the bishop and queen lined up ready to trade my best piece away but they castle kingside so what do I do? Do I play it as a kingsindian pawnstorm or, it i haven't castled yet, avoid castling at all?

I am not a dragon expert. But I am pretty sure you still attack the queen side like you normally do. Espcially pawnstorm the queenside and weaken hin there and squeeze him. White has deprived himself of counterplay on the kingside by castling kingside as pawn storming will weaken his king.

You have a pawn advantage on the kingside, you just push your pawns on the queenside and attack there... then your endgame is superior on the kingside due to the pawn structure. Your goal as black is to equalize, you're not going to win the game all the time. If white is castling kingside he's not storming your kingside, i.e. you're fine.

your aim remains to soften white's queenside either with pawn pushes there or the rx3 exchange sacrifice at a correct moment.
