I forget which GM uses the stonewall to such deadly effect without drawing, ideas? I'd like to find some of their games since I run into this sometimes and have no idea where to go with it. Usually when GMs give a lesson, they also talk about weaknesses.
What is a good aggressive white opening?

most of the responses on here are completely useless!! offering one line in a mass of theory. if you want a system opening that is aggressive and sound play something like the Veresov, A ferocious opening repertoire by Everyman might be a good place to start. Simon Williams has a video on the London System advocating some aggressive lines for chessbase and has just brought out a video series on the Jobava Prie with d4, Nc3 and BF4 which might be worth a look, similar to the Veresov but less explored. the issue with playing this way is that you limit your chess experience but if you have limited time but want to get a sound position with aggressive poss then might be a bad choice
Carlsen barely beat Caruana in the last world championship showdown. That was perhaps, the most drawish world championship match in history.
It is computers, not Scotch Game, that has made chess drawish. No more foolish commmennts are allowed.
It isn't foolish, certain positions are more primed for attacking than others. Say an opponent has completely stone walled a position with all pawns locked. Draw. Thats it. Say there is an opening game with piece tension, attacking chess can be played. The Scotch leaves much to be desired for an aggressive player as it trades center pawns immediately rather than develops quick piece and central tension, like some of the more aggressive openings, like the Italian game.
